BLG Exhibited in Mexico with Meat Product and Dairy Product Solutions

The three-day Expo Carnes y Lácteos 2023 in Monterrey, Mexico has come to an end. Walking in the so-called ‘colorful’ country, with the haze of epidemic behind us, the mood also brightened.

Organized by the Mexican Meat Association, Expo Carnes y Lácteos 2023 covered an area of 21,000 m2, with 400 exhibitors, received more than 8,000 visitors. Since this expo is endorsed by Mexican government, many local meat companies have participated, including those with excellent meat product solutions.

During the Expo, we introduced our new Ningxia factory to both new and existing customers. BLG’s product category expands from plant-based hydrocolloids to fermented hydrocolloids. Gellan gum and xanthan gum required by the market can now be stably produced and supplied. Curdlan gum upgrade solution for meat product has also been recommended to several customers. Supply of raw materials will no longer be affected by the weather.
