Salmon Cove
Ingredients
- 150g Salmon
- 100g Salad Mix
- Black Pepper (As Appropriate)
- 20g Citrus Dressing
- 50g Water Chestnut Popping Boba
Preparation of the recipes

Marinate salmon with some salt and black pepper.

Bake at 180°C for 15 mins or until golden brown or pan-fried with skin side down.

Place salad mix in bowl.

Add cooked salmon.

Crack black pepper.

Add dressing and Water Chestnut Popping Boba (PL-01).
