Jelly Treats
Ingredients
- 210g Fresh Milk
- 210g Water
- 5g Jelly Powder (BLJ7515)
- 75g Sugar
- 3-4 Blue Ped Flower Petals
- 160g Mango Cubes
- 100g Blueberries
- 10g Water Chestnut Popping Boba
Preparation of the recipes

Heat up water and soak the blue pea flower for 3-5 mins or until obtained desired color.

Add jelly powder with sugar and mix well to form a dry mix.

Add fresh milk to a beaker and add in the dry mix while mixing and heat on the stove.

Bring to boil for 5 mins.

Drain the blue pea flower from the water and add water to the fresh milk mixture

Mix well and pour into mold.

Transfer to the refrigerator and chill for at least 1-2 hrs before cutting.

Garnish with Water Chestnut Popping Boba (PL-01)

Serve with fruits and milk if wish.
Tips
- Warm up the blue pea water before adding into fresh milk mixture.
- Add blue coloring if wish to enhance blue color.
