Ingredients

Coconut Milk-Based Jelly

  • 42g Coconut Milk
  • 42g Water
  • 15g Sugar
  • 0.6g Jelly Powder (BLJ7005S)

Coconut Water-Bases

  • 100g Coconut Water
  • 10g Sugar
  • 10g Original Crystal Jelly (JPN-00)
  • Fruits of Choice

Preparation of the recipes

    Coconut Milk-Based

    Mix well both jelly powder and sugar.

    Add coconut milk and water together, and heat on stove.

    Slowly add in the dry mix while stirring constantly

    Boll the solution and maintain for 5 mins

    Remove from heat and pour into mold.

  • Coconut Water-Based Instruction

    Mix well original jelly powder and sugar.

    Add coconut water and heat on stove.

    Slowly add in dry mix while stirring constantly.

    Boil the solution and maintain for 5 mins.

    Remove from heat and pour into mold filled with fruits.

    Chill before serve.
