Passionfruit Popping Boba in Vietnamese Spring Roll

Ingredients

  • 10 Leaves Red Cabbage
  • 30g Cucumber
  • 30g Radish
  • 10 pieces, halved Cherry Tomato
  • 8 pieces, halved Prawn
  • 7 leaves Lettuce
  • 14 leaves Baby Spinach
  • 7-14 sheets Spring Roll Wrapper
  • As desired Roasted Sesame Sauce
  • 50g Passionfruit Popping Boba

Preparation of the recipes

    Fill a large bowl with warm water. Dip one wrapper into the warm water for 1 second to soften.

    Lay wrapper flat; place 3 shrimp halves in a row across the center, add some red cabbage, cucumber, radish, cherry tomato, lettuce, baby spnach and passionfruit popping boba.

    Fold uncovered sides inward, then tightly roll the wrapper, beginning at the end with lettuce. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

    Add roasted sesame sauce.

    It is ready to serve.

Tips

1. Choose bigger rice paper wrappers can be easier to fill and roll.
2. May dip in different type of sauces or dressing according to personal own preference.
