Ingredients
Egg Pudding
- 20g Egg Pudding Flavored Premix Powder
- 20g Sugar
- 100g Water
Caramel Layer
- 50g White Granulated Sugar
- 50g Sugar

Heat white granulated sugar on stove.

Add warm water to liquefy the caramel.

Pour caramel sauce into cups and set aside.

Weigh dry ingredients and add into hot water. Mix well and bring to boil for 5 minutes.

Pour into mixture into the cup on top of caramel sauce and let it cool.

Chill before serving.
