Jelly Ball (Assorted) Poepoe Ball (Assorted) Konjac Boba in Fortune Cookies
Ingredients
Cookies
- 125g Corn Starch
- 10g Rice Flour
- 16g Milk Powder
- 125g Butter
- 75g Icing Sugar
- 20g Egg Yolk
- 5g Vanilla Essence
- 50g Jelly ball
- 50g Poepoe Ball
- 50g Boba Konjac
Chocolate Coating
- 400g Dark Chocolate
- 10g Soft Butter
- As Desired Chocolate Sprinkles
Preparation of the recipes

Beat butter and icing sugar till light and fluffy.

Add egg yolk and vanilla essence then mix until well combined.

Add corn starch, rice flour, milk powder and mix well.

Pinch 10g of dough, wrap dough around Jelly Ball/Poepoe Ball/Konjac Ball and place it onto a cookie liner. Repeat for the remaining dough.

Bake at 170°C for 20 minutes or until light brown colour.

Melt chocolate using a hot water bath and remove from heat once done.

Add butter to the melted chocolate and stir until the mixture cools.

Dip the almond cookie into the chocolate mixture and set aside. Sprinkle chocolate sprinkles before the chocolate is set.
