Konjac Boba & Mango Poepoe Ball in Siu Mai
Ingredients
- 300g Minced Chicken
- 200g Prawn
- 15g Soy Sauce
- 15g Oyster Sauce
- 15g Sesame Oil
- 15g Sugar
- 2.5g White Pepper
- 50g Boba Konjac
- 30g Mango Poepoe Ball
- 20-24 pieces Wanton Wrapper
Preparation of the recipes

Combine ground pork, chopped shrimp, konjac boba, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar and white pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Take a wonton wrapper and place about 30g of the filling in the center.

Gather the edges of the wrapper then gently press the filling down to create a flat top.

Place the assembled siu mai on a tray lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all the filling is used.

Place the siu mai in the steamer basket, leave some space between each piece.

Steam over high heat for about 12-15 minutes or until the filling is cooked through.

Garnish with Mango Poepoe Ball.
