Mermaid’s Tear
Ingredients
- 5g Dried Blue Pea Flower
- 50g Warm Water
- 10g Lemon Juice
- 250ml Sprite
- 5g Sugar Syrup
- 200g Ice Cubes
- 50g Water Chestnut Popping Boba
Preparation of the recipes

Place blue pea flowers into warm water for at least 5 mins

Add Water Chestnut Popping Boba (PL-01) into a glass

Pour in blue pea flower water, sugar syrup, and sprite into the glass. Mix well

Add ice cubes into the glass

Add lemon juice on top of the drink

Garnish wit a mermaid ice slice on top of the drink. Serve
