Original Crystal Jelly Premix Powder & Mango Popping Boba in Mango Sticky Rice Jelly Wrap
Ingredients
Jelly Layer
- 20g Original Crystal Jelly Flavored Premix Powder
- 20g Sugar
- 100g Water
Mango Sticky Rice
- 100g Mango Popping Boba
- 250g Glutinous Rice
- 250g Water
- 50g Coconut Milk
- 5g Salt
Preparation of the recipes
Brilsta’s jelly powder is produced from natural seaweed harvested from clean and natural water of Indonesia utilizing modern technology. The unique selling point of this product is it’s convenience and versatility. It require minimum preparation and is easily adaptable by F&B establishments.

Weigh all dry ingredient separately.

Dry mix both original crystal jelly powder and sugar, then add warm water into the mixture and boil for 5 minutes.

Pour into mold then let it cool and set.

Rinse glutinous rice and cook the rice with water in a 1:1 ratio. Steam for 10mins until the rice is cooked.

Add a pinch of salt and coconut milk into the cooked glutinous rice then mix well.

Roll sticky rice into a ball shape and place it on jelly layer.

Insert 5-8pieces of Mango Popping Boba.

Fold the jelly layer.

Chill before serving.
