- 20g Original Crystal Jelly Flavored Premix Powder
- 20g Sugar
- 100g Water
- 30g Water Chestnut Popping Boba
- 30g Mango Poepoe Ball
- 12 slices Sliced Mandarin
Preparation of the recipes
Brilsta’s jelly powder is produced from natural seaweed harvested from clean and natural water of Indonesia utilizing modern technology. The unique selling point of this product is it’s convenience and versatility. It require minimum preparation and is easily adaptable by F&B establishments.
The addition of Popping Boba creates a contrast in texture and flavour of product to create excitement and avoid monotony. PL-01 contains solid within the popping boba which creates the contrast in texture, for example crunchiness.
Poepoe ball is a small spherical topping made from natural seaweed extract. It is convenient to use – no cooking or preparation is required. It can be used in wide range of applications like baking, desserts, ready to drink beverage, and other food product with low and high temperature.

Weigh dry ingredients and add them to hot water. Mix well and bring to boil for 5 minutes.

Pour into mixture into the mold.

Add Water Chestnut Popping Boba, Mango Poepoe Ball and sliced mandarin.

Let it cool and set.

Tips
May add more toppings according to personal preference.
