Popping Boba in Mashed Potato
Ingredients
- 500g Potato
- 20g Unsalted Butter
- 30g Milk
- 0.4g Dried Chive
- 0.2g Dried Garlic
- 1.2g Salt
- 0.2g Dried Onion
- 20g Popping Boba
Preparation of the recipes

Place the peeled and cut potatoes into a pot. Add water till the potatoes are well covered.

Bring the water to boil and cook for 15-20 minute or until potatoes can be easily poke through with fork.

Drain the potatoes and mash with a potato masher or blender while it is still hot.

Add unsalted butter, milk, chive, garlic, onion and salt into blender. Blend until homogenous.

Stir in Popping Boba and serve.
Tips
1. Adjust seasoning according to taste.
2. Depends on the variety of potato used, the consistency may be different. Adjust accordingly with milk or bring potato back on stove on low heat to evaporate excess water for a creamier and thicker consistency.
